You must not utilize the Service for unlawful or unapproved purposes. Banned actions encompass, though are not restricted to:

- Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions if it violates local laws.
- Sharing your account credentials.
Breaking this rule can lead to instant account closure with no reimbursement.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Jellyfin IPTV operates as a service provider and doesn't host, save, or produce content. We enable access to existing internet streams. Users must verify they aren't violating copyright laws in their region.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is offered "as is" with no warranties. We cannot ensure uninterrupted availability or guarantee all channels will always be accessible. Jellyfin IPTV shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from Service usage or access issues.
11. Termination
We maintain the authority to immediately close or pause your account without warning if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in behavior detrimental to our Service or other users.
